Handmade Books by Amy Fishbach

     Amy Fishbach creates a wide variety of hand-crafted blank books using methods and materials ranging from simple to sophisticated.  Some of her books are "fun and funky," made from recycled product packaging and basic sewing stitches.  Other books are extremely elegant  using intricate, ancient bookbinding styles and archival materials from around the world.  Several of her books feature original paintings and lino-cut prints as cover art.  Fishbach's books can be used as journals, scrapbooks, photo albums, family heirlooms, or simply works of art.
